If you take a look on any money-making forum, you are likely to see a thread advertising 'an easy $10' and talking about how to sign up for this website called 'happyminercoupon.com'. These topics are often littered with replies of Paypal proofs of the $10. You are likely to be confused, as I was when I first saw this.
What happyminercoupon.com supposedly does is give you a free 'happyminer' account after you post on 10 different forums advertising the website. You can then sell the happyminer account on a website called virtaex.com. Sounds sketchy already?
You might ask what is a happyminer account? Happyminer.com itself is not particularly exciting nor useful. It is a 'game' in which you make an account and wait for 'miners' to mine gold for you. You do not actually do anything, you only wait for the gold to pile up at a rate of 1 gold per day. This is completely useless, because it would take 5,000 days to have enough gold in the account to be able to sell it on virtaex.com for $10. Why do people buy these accounts for $10? It is like an investment, if you buy a $10 account with 5,000 gold you can wait for the gold to increase and then sell it for more.
This image shows the accounts for sale on virtaex.com, which itself seems a legitimate site to buy and sell gaming accounts.

So virtaex.com and happyminer.com themselves are not problematic but they are not that useful unless you want to start investing in this virtual 'gold' on the poorly made site that is happyminer.com.
Back to happyminercoupon.com, which offers to give you a free 5000 gold account ($10) if you post about happyminercoupon.com on 10 different forums. I was very hesitant to start posting these advertisements on forums, but in the end I was enticed by all the images of 'proof' I had seen. I went ahead and tried it but it was in vain!
You sign up for the website and it asks you to provide the links to the 10 sites, which someone will later check. I did just that, and every time they rejected the link for reasons like: 'link is not working, link is not on English forum, link is on a forum with too many happyminer posts.' I tried several times to fix them but every time they rejected with reasons which were often completely incorrect. One link was accepted but later it was rejected!

Clearly, this website is simply looking for more traffic and is not willing to provide what it promises. I don't know where the images of Paypal proof come from but this is a website to stay away from. It will take much more effort than $10 to get those links to work. Additionally, this is hurting forum owners who face increasing amounts of these advertisements and hurting the validity of their sites.
Here are the sites discussed if you want to see for yourself:
Happyminercoupon.com
Happyminer
Virtaex (account selling/buying website)
UPDATES: I can now verify that Happy Miner (Not happyminer coupon) is a great but slightly risky investment. I bought a $10 account from Virtaex, as described above. I was then able to sell it for $15 after 45 days, doing absolutely nothing. The payments were quick to Paypal. The accounts grow exponentially in value, that is the more gold you have in the game, the more money it is worth. I bought an account for $30 with 5125 gold back in June which is now (August 8th) worth a lofty $47 with me doing nothing. I did the math and by Jan 1, 2016 this account will be worth about $195!! This investment return is spectacularly high. However, I do not recommend investing large amounts of money (over $30) because it is very risky. Not only can the websites close at any time, but also this is an unsustainable economic bubble (the accounts have no intrinsic value), so proceed at your own risk. I do predict it to last at least a couple of more years however.
